1. Return Eligibility
1.1 30-Day Return Window
You can return most items purchased from BOJOJO LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The countdown starts from the day you receive your product, as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation.
1.2 Condition of Returns
For a return to be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Free from damage, excessive wear, or signs of use
- Complete with all accessories, parts, and documentation
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used coffee pods and consumables
- Custom-modified products

2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return
To start your return:
- Log into your BOJOJO account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.

2.2 Packaging Your Return
- Use the original packaging whenever possible.
- If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy box and adequate padding.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Securely attach the return label provided to the outside of the package.
2.3 Shipping Your Return
Drop off your package at any FedEx location. Return shipping costs are covered for items that are not damaged or misused. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.2 Refund Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the return is received. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3.3 Full Refunds
Full refunds are issued for eligible returns within the 30-day window. This includes the full purchase price and any taxes paid. We do not charge restocking fees.
3.4 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- The item shows signs of use or damage beyond normal inspection.
- Accessories or parts are missing from the returned package.
4. Exchanges
For a different model or feature set, please return the original item by following the return process above and place a new order for your preferred product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days, contact our support team via the Contact Us page. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label.
- Offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
6. Warranty Information
All products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or abuse of the product
- Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within two weeks of our confirmation email:

8. Gift Returns
If your item was purchased as a gift, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. The gift purchaser will not be notified.
